- At known pressure points, (i.e. point of hock), cut a relief hole; if used on an exudate wound, change frequently and follow the standard method of wound care
- Non-woven, the low adherent cover helps prevent the bandage from sticking to the wound and helps keep cotton fibers out of the wound site
- Minimizes wound disruption and provides a fiber and particle barrier
- Highly absorbent to manage discharge
