Best used at a 15 to 25 degree angle, the Vision Disc is ideal for precision metal finishing and spot welds. The unique design enables the user to see through the blade as it works for increased precision while grinding. The type 29 conical wheel shape has a slight angle which is better for aggressive grinding, shaping, and contouring of surfaces, while the premium zirconium oxide grit sandpaper creates a consistent, smooth surface finish. Zirconium oxide removes materials faster and lasts longer than aluminum oxide. More airflow over the disc reduces heat buildup and material discoloration.
